All the facilities found on Swing Time Performance Horses have been developed since the property was purchased. Everything except for the stallion stables/wash bay/tack/feed room has been an 'In House' job. There has been many hours put into the development of the facilities and Sandra and her parents are very happy with how things are coming along.

The current riding facilities include: Steel post and rail horse yards which include, a 15m round yard, 3 walk in walk outs, day yards and vet crush suitable for scanning mares and general veterinary work; Stallion Collecting Dummy; post and electrified plain wire fenced paddocks; open machinery ramp (suitable for horses also); cattle race and loading ramp (suitable for horses also); ramp for horse trucks; 60m x 45m Sand Arena, allowing for a permanent 60m x 20m dressage arena to be in place plus allowing for a full jumping course to be built; and a 50m x 15m post and cap rail sand jumping lane/riding yard.

The current mare and foal facilities include: 2 walk in walk out stables/yards, 2 fully chain link fenced foaling down paddocks, flood lit, utilizing 'Magic Breed' foaling down alarm system; and a hay/feed shed capable of holding 600 square bales of hay.
